Produced from 14 small parcels planted between 1942 and 1974, mostly in the northern sector of the appellation, this cuve is aged entirely in 500 liter barrels (20% new). Sexy and supple, it displays a core of sappy black cherry fruit framed by precise minerality and polite tannins. 55% whole
