The original premium Kvadrat wool blend fabric and foam are in excellent condition. The strapping and fabric on the chair seat as been replaced. I've cleaned and conditioned the leather headrest straps. 31"W x 32. 5"D x 40. 5"H; seat 23. 5"D x 22"D x 17. 5"H There's a scratch on the lower side of frame as pictured.
