The skirt is dropped low on the hip and is very full giving it a very flirty feel. It has a built in tulle underskirt that creates that dramatic shape. Having it sit so low give the illusion of length as the eye is tricked to look down. The waist is nipped in and defined by the vertical seaming that runs through the torso.
