Idaho Opal Necklace, Solid Sterling Silver, Natural Sky Blue Stone partner_wedding_gift The dendrites within this agateIdaho blue opal is a natural opal with a light sky blue color. It reminds me of the sky on a clear blue bird type of day. This piece is large for this type of opal as it is often seen in smaller fractured chunks but some larger pieces have been found recently. I cut this stone in a domed teardrop and set it in solid 999 fine and 925 sterling silver. I make my own sheet silver from recycled sterling so this piece has a recycled aspect to it as well. I
